Arabic[edit]

Because of the recent events in Tunisia and Egypt, I would like to know the Arabic translation of curfew. It would be interesting to know if there are different terms in Standard Arabic and the different dialects spoken in Arabic countries. Does anyone know the proper translation? - Thanks in advance for helping. Cheers. — This unsigned comment was added by 80.135.53.181 (talk) at 12:39, 29 January 2011.

Curfew in MSA is مَنْعُ التَجَوّل or حَظْرُ التَجَوّل (man3u-t-tajawwul or HaZru-t-tajawwul). I don’t know about different dialects. —Stephen (Talk) 14:12, 31 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
