Either the English definition is wrong, or some of the translations are wrong. It says that "manslaughter" is to kill someone "unlawfully, but unwilfully". German Totschlag and Dutch doodslag mean something else. They mean to kill someone "wilfully, but without prearrangement". Unwilful killing is fahrlässige Tötung in German.
