The main definition[edit]

The second definition is what is meant by nirvana e.g. reached by yoga-related meditation, or by use od LSD. It is a state of great pleasure which is a deserved reward for ethical conduct (including meatless diet and ethical treatment of animals). -- Leocat 19:10, 4 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

cool group started by curt cobain who later commited suocode

What's "cool" about the group? That is a vague personal opinion by someone who can't even spell suicide.

Intention to change definitions[edit]

I would like to change the article's second definition. Nirvana is not related to the concept of paradise. In addition, Nirvana is not pleasure. It is the absence of pain and suffering, as a result of the extinction of desire. I would also like to change the article's third definition. Nirvana is not Buddhist enlightenment. Bodhi is Buddhist enlightenment. Nirvana, in Buddhism, is the extinction of desire, attachment, willing, and craving. As a result of this extinction, it becomes the absence of suffering.Lestrade 16:48, 22 September 2006 (UTC)Lestrade[reply]
