Many dictionaries give here "nape", while Albanian zverku is given for neck. It is a total confusion, because native speakers often do not know the correct expression in the target language! Who can solve this??195.4.78.52 09:39, 13 October 2011 (UTC)

- Thank you for the exact information! This contradicts, however, other dictionaries. I checked around ten dictionaries, which all are of no use! We need an educated native speaker, who is able to distinguish nape from neck. Www.dictionaries.com gives a translation for the medical expression for nape, “nucha” as adjective “nuchal” into Albanian by “zverk, izverkut”. Assuming that people knowing this technical term, are educated enough to distinguish nape from neck. This confirms the decision in your first sentence, and the meaning 'nape' for qafë is uneducated use! 195.4.78.229 07:18, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
- Regardless, there's something wrong with dictionaries.com. "izverkut" should be written as "i zverkut" (which contextually could become "e zverkut", "të zverkut" or "së zverkut") and it isn't exactly an adjective, it just means "of the nape".
- I know that and the missing gab was simply my typo;-(
- Qafë might not be uneducated to use as nape, I mean honestly if you kiss someone on the back of the neck, if they aren't a scientist or doctor or person of knowledge, they're probably going to say "their neck". So while uneducated might be accurate, I think it's a much too potentially offensive word, considering that most people don't use educated terms for many parts of the body. PLEASE, simply look up in wikipedia the articles de.wiki "Hals", exactly corresponding to en.wiki "Neck", and translate this into the corresponding primary Albanian term!
