I think we should probably be consistent in either capitalizing or not capitalizing the adjective (and adding an {{altcaps}} entry at the other form). Although there's some logical sense to not capitalizing the adjective, Ngrams suggest that it's more common to capitalize: Rote Grütze, Rote Bete and Rote Beete. - -sche (discuss) 18:56, 23 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
