Italian, supposedly meaning "sieve, riddle".

I added some quotes from recent ebooks related to cooking on Google Books. Found those by searching "uno scolino", as it seems adding an article helps (also "lo scolino", "gli scolini"). There are older uses too, but the contexts seem to be unrelated to cooking. 70.172.194.25 07:07, 1 January 2023 (UTC)
