Samosapedia labels it as an adjective but the actual translation it gives is: Taklu is one of many words for a bald man. Leaving aside the labeling, the definition itself is clearly one for a noun.

See also how it is used in an actual sentence by the Times of India: Hritik Roshan better watch out! His dad Rakesh Roshan was the biggest taklu in Hindi Films and spent a large part of his career weighed down by a luxuriously hairy pelt that was as fake as a wig on a shop window mannequin. So on the testimony of both the definition and an actual example I'm changing it back to the noun part of speech.

• • Thanks. You're right that Samosapedia says it is an adjective. But the actual definition is not consistent with that labeling. I think the person who produced the definition knows the translation but was less certain about grammar and actual parts of speech.
