Tagalog or Waray?[edit]

@TagaSanPedroAko Hey, this word is not found in all Tagalog dictionaries, except in the KWF Diksiyonaryo, which says it's a Waray-Waray word, not Tagalog. Is that where you got this word? --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 15:57, 28 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

It's from the 1860 Vocabulario. It's an obsolete term, though. TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 05:11, 29 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
@TagaSanPedroAko: I've looked at the available copies of 1860 Vocabulario online and I can't find it. Could you link it to me? The page also. By the way, tag me so I see your reply. Thanks! --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 10:40, 29 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Actually, my mistake. Perhaps it's in the Diccionario de términos comunes tagalo-castellano. I'm editing from mobile currently. TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 10:43, 29 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

@TagaSanPedroAko: Just checked it now. Opened the full text version, and it's not there too. --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 11:05, 29 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
Just can't remember where I found it. TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 11:06, 29 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
@TagaSanPedroAko: Looking at your edits that day, you also added ipil-ipil, kasay-kasay, makiling, kalyos, tibig, looks like all animals or plants. Maybe that will remind you somehow. --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 13:43, 29 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
@TagaSanPedroAko: Ok with you if I delete the Tagalog entry here? It doesn't seem to be a Tagalog word. --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 15:15, 28 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Mar vin kaiser: Agreed. It's also no longer in the current KWF dictionary. -TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 15:19, 28 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
