How Offensive is this word?[edit]
Given the basis for this word, I would have thought that vituttaa would not be a word to use in polite company. However, I recently heard a radio program on YLE where the word was used quite freely by women who otherwise seemed to have been quite "respectable". Can anyone help and explain exactly how vulgar the word is?
- I'm surprised by the behaviour you report. "Vituttaa" is not a word you would expect to hear on a national TV or radio channel, although it is widely used by the common folks. The acceptability of the word depends on the company you are in. Hekaheka 05:31, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
