Surely[edit]

We don't need this utter mess for the cites. Bibliographic details can be provided at Wikipedia, via ISBN &c. codes, and Google Books &c. links. We don't need to spam the citations with all of this, let alone two variants for the same book, only one of which can be the intended cite in any case. — LlywelynII 15:02, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

OK, fixed. — SGconlaw (talk) 15:28, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

url tag[edit]

We could do with an url= tag, as I have often included one, which doesn't show up Br00pVain (talk) 10:20, 30 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Br00pVain: there is already an Internet Archive book linked to the template; it doesn’t need any other URL linked to it. — SGconlaw (talk) 11:33, 30 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
