I think this template rewording is a little better than "See also" currently in use. But more importantly, using the ucfirst: and lcfirst: magic word keywords, this probably doesn't need parameters for the majority of cases it is needed. --Connel MacKenzie T C 04:34, 29 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Template:comp[edit]

Isn't this redundant to {{see also}}? TeleComNasSprVen 21:09, 8 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Nah that's a massive compliment, it's just a terrible template. Used only once in an etymology:
{{comp|bushmanni|gloss1=Bushman|jänis|gloss2=hare|lang=fi}}
In fact, it's supposed to be {{compound}} as {{comp}} doesn't allow glosses. If it were used, it would be redundant to just writing out whatever the editor wanted to say using text and wiki markup. Mglovesfun (talk) 22:45, 8 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
