Three-column layout[edit]

Beautiful. DCDuring TALK 15:17, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why make changes that are inconsistent with prior use and documentation?[edit]

This is yet another reason why I don't trust our current crew of technical adepts. Changes get made that break functionality and no one takes the trouble to make existing usage work of to edit existing usage to make it conform to the new regime. DCDuring TALK 14:26, 15 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Completely inscrutable. Sorry but I can't read your mind. DTLHS (talk) 15:24, 15 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Exclude pages with starting with "-"[edit]

 Done code relies on #categorytree, not so much could be done to change an output of categorytree AFAIK. Fix pages instead of module.

More complex prefixes (-тельный, -тельский, -тельство) show up at -тель page, this is wrong. d1g (talk) 16:53, 2 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Extra space[edit]

@Kutchkutch Please remove the extra space (before <noinclude>) in this template, it looks untidy. Let its content be:

{{#invoke:compound/templates|derivsee|derivtype=suffix}}<noinclude>{{documentation}}</noinclude> 🔥ಶಬ್ದಶೋಧಕ🔥 10:48, 27 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Metaknowledge 🔥ಶಬ್ದಶೋಧಕ🔥 12:26, 29 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@SodhakSH: Do transclusions of the template look untidy due to the extra space or is it only the source code that looks untidy? Kutchkutch (talk) 09:53, 31 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Kutchkutch: I think it is because of this space. We can try to see how it looks after removing it, at least. 🔥ಶಬ್ದಶೋಧಕ🔥 10:54, 31 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Kutchkutch: please do this, or at least semi-protect this template so I can do it. Have a look at -𑀫 (-ma#Derived terms) to see how this template looks. 🔥ಶಬ್ದಶೋಧಕ🔥 03:39, 4 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@SodhakSH: Removing the space makes no difference when previewing transclusions of the template. Many of the templates in Category:Morphology templates have the extra space. Perhaps the reason for the protection is to discourage experimenting (and minor edits), so perhaps you should try a different method of testing (such as creating the user template User:SodhakSH/suffixsee). Kutchkutch (talk) 09:19, 4 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Kutchkutch: I just found out this was causing a problem in the mobile mode. See [1] (with {{suffixsee/sandbox}}) and [2] (with this template). Now please replace this template's content with that of its sandbox. This isn't a problem in the Desktop mode, so I can understand why you didn't see any difference. 🔥ಶಬ್ದಶೋಧಕ🔥 09:34, 4 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
