Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wiktionary. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wiktionarian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk (discussion) and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~, which automatically produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the beer parlour or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome! --Connel MacKenzie 18:36, 21 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

cretinism and removal of {{t}}[edit]

Please do not remove the use of the {{t}} from translations tables as it is a standard way here of linking translations locally and to the other language's Wiktionary. The other benefit of {{t}} is that it provides standard formatting and a bot also synchronises entries too.--Williamsayers79 12:52, 9 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
