     Curiously, when assaying the effect of ciliobrevin, a specific inhibitor of cytoplasmic dynein, on oligodendrocyte PC, we noted that its effect on PC morphology was countered by Shh treatment, suggesting that this pathway is not only dependent on the PC but also partially capable of rescuing this organelle from drug-induced loss.
