     G. Struve (1924) drew attention to the motion of the perisaturnium of Rhea by noting the fact that, although there is no commensuability relation between the mean motions of Rhea and of any other Saturnian satellite, the perisaturnium of Rhea performs a libration in longitude about the perisaturnium of Titan.
