- Pertaining to, or containing, sediment.
- 1850, The Edinburgh Medical and Surgical Journal:
- The urine is often sedimentitious; sometimes the deposit is crystalline, but more frequently mucous; this, however, depends upon the action of the salts contained in the water upon substances met with in the bladder.
