- (auxiliary, with a verb in the infinitive, addressing multiple people) please, would you?, kindly (especially towards elderly people, clients, or by children towards adults, used as a polite alternative to the imperative mood)
- Be tetszettek csukni az ajtót? (strictly speaking, the same as “Becsukták az ajtót?”) ― Did y’all [“kindly”] close the door?
