From Proto-Turkic [Term?]; equivalent to сарсын (sarsın, tomorrow) +‎ -ҥы (-ñı, attributive suffix). Cognate with Dolgan һарсыӈӈы (harsıŋŋı, tomorrow’s), Turkish yarınki (tomorrow’s), etc.
