Cognate with Old Uyghur [script needed] (silik, clean; noble); Tatar сылу (sılu), Kazakh сұлу (sūlu), Kyrgyz сулуу (suluu), Uzbek suluv (beautiful, handsome); Khakas сіліг (sìlìg, beautiful).
