- Variant of ◌ֹ (holam) used only with ו to indicate that the base letter is a consonant (i.e. v), as opposed to a mater lectionis (placeholder for a vowel).
Usage notes
[edit]- Usually positioned at the upper-left of the base letter (וֺ, vo), as opposed to the upper or upper-right of the base letter (וֹ, o).
