  1. to-infinitive of שִׁלַּח (shilách), with a suffix indicating a third-person masculine singular direct object.

      וָאֹמַר אֵלֶיךָ שַׁלַּח אֶת־בְּנִי וְיַעַבְדֵנִי וַתְּמָאֵן לְשַׁלְּחוֹ הִנֵּה אָנֹכִי הֹרֵג אֶת־בִּנְךָ בְּכֹרֶךָ
      vaomár elécha shalách et-b'ní v'yaavdéni vat'maén l'shl'chó hiné anochí horég et-binchá b'chorécha
      I have told you to let My son go and serve Me. If you refuse to let him leave, I will [ultimately] kill your own first-born son.
