  1. (obsolete) A vestibule, foyer, anteroom.
    • Judges 3:23:
      וַיֵּצֵא אֵהוּד הַמִּסְדְּרוֹנָה וַיִּסְגֹּר דַּלְתוֹת הָעַלִיָּה בַּעֲדוֹ וְנָעָל׃

  2. (modern) A corridor, hallway, hall.
