Etymology[edit]

Inherited from Proto-Turkic *ičil- (to be drunk).[1] Equivalent to passive of اِجْماكْ (ičmēk, to drink). Cognate with Turkish içilmek.

Verb[edit]

اِجِلْماكْ (ičilmēk) (third-person singular aorist اِجِلُرْ (ičilür))

  1. (intransitive) to be drunk
    سُوڤْ اِجِلْدٖىSūv ičildī.The water was drunk.
