[edit]Inherited from Proto-Dravidian [Term?]. Cognate with Telugu వేయు (vēyu, “to put on”), Kurukh [script needed] (bã̄cnā, “to throw piece of cloth on shoulders”), Kumarbhag Paharia [script needed] (benje, “to dress, gird”).
