Etymology[edit]
From ساكن (sakin, “quiet, calm”) + ـلنمك (-lenmek, suffix forming passive infinitives from stems ending in front vowels).
Verb[edit]
ساكنلنمك • (sakinlenmek) (intransitive)
- to calm down, settle down, subside, to fall into a state of calm
- Synonym: دولنمك (dölenmek)
