Borrowed from Classical Persian دیگچه (degča, a pot, small cauldron), from دیگ (deg, a pot, kettle, cauldron) +‎ ـچه (-ča, diminutive suffix); equivalent to ডেক / ডেগ (ḍek, ḍeg) +‎ -চি (-ci).
