1. (intransitive) to accompany, to be with

2. (intransitive) to have (alongside, with)

   წიგნს ბევრი ნაკლოვანება ახლავს.

3. (intransitive, polite, honorific) to be

   მაშინ მე მოსწავლე გახლდით.

   mašin me mosc̣avle gaxldit.

The honorific usage may be a bit ambiguous, but it can be used anywhere where one has to honor the listener, who may not even be involved in the action.
