This Tagalog (Filipino) surname appendix lists the 5001st to 6000th most common surnames in the Philippines per data by Forebears, a genealogical and surname database. Figures are given on a surname in the 10th position of each interval. The Forebears surname database may not accept letters with diacritics such as Ñ, and surnames with San/Santa/Santo or de/dela/delas/delos/de la/de las/de los are given in lowercase
