Merging some prefixes

I'm proposing for a merger for all me- and pe- family -- pem-, mem-, pen-, men-, peng-, meng-, peny-, and meny- -- to be in two categories: pe- and me- for the following reasons: 1. All of them have exactly the same meaning and usage. 2. It may be inconvenient for a new learner to search for a particular word from category.
