    it was holden upon the 16 Geo. III. e. 30 (which contained only the same words) that the cross breeds, such as what is called a bastard menald, bred from a menald buck and a fallow doe, were within the act; (i) it may be presumed that these words, in the later statute, would meet with a similar construction.
