Suomi: Pieni annos ohratalkkunaa, rapeaa tirripaistia ja piimää. Kuvan talkkunapuuro on valmistettu kuopiolaisesta, suolalla maustettusta karkeasta ohratalkkunajauhosta (0,5 dl talkkunajauhoa, runsas 2 dl vettä); annoksen pienuuden vuoksi mikroaaltouunissa eikä hellalla kypsentäen, kuten suuremmat puuroerät. Kuvan tirrripaistiin käytettiin noin 150 g maatiaispossun kylkiviipaletta, joka paistettiin paistinpannulla molemmin puolin; paistettaessa pääosa kylkiviipaleiden ihrasta suli pois (eikä sisälly kuvan annokseen). Tirripaistin voi halutessaan maustaa ripauksella suolaa, jos paistettava liha on suolatonta. Joulun seutuun tirripaisti on perinteisesti valmistettu kinkusta, jolloin se voi olla huomattavasti lihaisempaa. Usein talkkunapuuro ja tirripaisti nautitaan piimälasillisen tai parin kera. |
