Summary

Description
English: An amateur photo of Ursa Major. Taken with Canon APS-C DSLR, focal length 24mm, aperture f/1.4, exposure 20s. Location: Łazy, Western Pomerania, Poland. Orange clouds are due to light pollution of a nearby city. Irregular shape of stars is due to chromatic aberration of a lens, visible mostly at large apertures. Different colours of stars are associated with their temperature and age. Blue stars tend to be younger and hotter. Red stars tend to be older and colder.
