convert numbers to numerals

@Shuraya@Antonklroberts - hey guys, thanks so much for the consistent grind in building out the assyrian wiktionary - you two have made an immense amount of contributions especially in the past few months. Nowadays when you search for assyrian words, wiktionary is often the first site that comes up and it's all because of your work.

I'm not sure how often we have to convert from numbers to numerals but I went ahead and put this together anyway. If you check out the module, it includes instructions on how to add support for a larger range of numbers. Thank you, I’m glad that we’re helping our language stay alive! Unfortunately I don’t know enough about the traditional numerals system so I can’t contribute much to it but the chart looks good Shuraya (talk) 03:52, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
