Yes, we say 還錢 for "to pay money" in Singapore. Tipping is not part of the local culture in Singapore, but we usually say 給小費 when we want to say "to tip", like when someone comes back from a trip to America. The dog2 (talk) 15:05, 29 May 2021 (UTC)
