Proto-Finnic

Etymology

From earlier *tilta, from a Lua error in Module:parameters at line 290: Parameter 1 should be a valid language or etymology language code; the value "fiu-fin-pro" is not valid. See WT:LOL and WT:LOL/E. language (compare Latvian tilts, Lithuanian tiltas). A secondary meaning "floor" is found in Karelian, Ingrian, Votic and eastern dialects of Finnish, but this appears to be a late innovation.

Noun

Lua error in Module:parameters at line 290: Parameter 1 should be a valid language or etymology language code; the value "fiu-fin-pro" is not valid. See WT:LOL and WT:LOL/E.
