The Muong reflex suggests *p-ruːn. The modern Northern Vietnamese reflex suggests *p-luːn (> attested Northern Middle Vietnamese blun), while Central-Southern Vietnamese reflex suggests *b-luːn (> unattested non-Northern Middle Vietnamese *blùn).
