@Vahagn Petrosyan According to Iranica encyclopedia ṙočik is from rauk- “to provide food” not from raučah- “day”, also nau-ṙouz is a proper name. Thanks.--Calak (talk) 15:26, 14 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

PIIr. form[edit]

@AryamanA, Victar: Sanskrit rócas- and Avestan raocah- ‘light’ (from PIE. *leukos-) have hyphen in all resources, so PIIr. form is ráwčas- not ráwčas. Thank you.--Calak (talk) 12:39, 21 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Calak: In this case the stem form and the nominative singular are the same, because it is a neuter noun ending in *-as. *ráwčas- is correct, but since we put entries at the nominative singular, we don't use the hyphen. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करेंयोगदान) 14:45, 21 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
