  • IPA(key): /-i.kan/, [-i.kän]
  • Hyphenation: -i‧kan

Notes

[edit]

The rhyming categorization on a word must and always begin with a vowel and is determined by the stressed syllable; for example:

  • mulut (IPA(key): /ˈmu.lut/) is categorized as having the rhyme of -ulut, not -lut or -ut.
  • enam (IPA(key): /əˈnam/) is categorized as having the rhyme of -am.
  • iring (IPA(key): /ˈi.riŋ/) is categorized as having the rhyme of -iriŋ, just like miring and piring.

Also, the rhyming categorization on a word is always one and no more, except in certain circumstances that require more than one categorization; for example, a word that have more than one pronunciation.
