Quotation under ADJECTIVE
"Ben-Gurion’s legacy has been an enduring one. The projection of a national consensus, the domination of the state over other political actors, and the hegemony exercised over decision-making by a largely Ashkanazim élite remain features of Israeli politics today."
Surely this is an example of the word being used as a noun, not an adjective? Because it's not talking about 'élite Ashkenazi' but the other way round... I might be wrong here though, so I thought i'd post this before making any changes 188.8.131.52 20:27, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
