[edit]@Antonklroberts I think the Arabic etymology is unlikely and it sounds like it’s just a variant of ikhdādē. Also, I think we would use in Nineveh if it was Arabic, being closest to Arabic speakers, but we use the variant ikhdhadhe Shuraya (talk) 02:57, 10 November 2023 (UTC)
