@AryamanA is there a way to correct the transliterations?

The transliterations as it is now doesn't account for the conditional allophony of /ə/ and /ɛ/. There is a definite rule that can be coded.

They should instead be pɛhɛnnā, pɛhnānā, pɛhɛnvānā.

Hindi verb set
पहनना (pahannā)
पहनाना (pahnānā)
पहनवाना (pahanvānā)
@Itsmeyash31: I would rather not encode that because that is phonetic outcome in Delhi and other dialects, not the phonemic form. It's a realisation of /ə/ as [ɛ] which is otherwise not a phoneme in Hindi (/ɛː/ is). Transliteration prefers the phonemic form generally. The IPA shows the allophony in the [] phonetic transcription. I also want to note that not all dialects do this, especially further east I think. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करेंयोगदान) 18:24, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
