@Benwing2, Atitarev: This is a confusing one. I found the following forms:

• भाई-बहनों (bhāī-bahnõ, obl. pl.) supporting only final term being declined.
• भाइयों-बहनों (bhāiyõ-bahnõ, obl. pl.) both being declined.
• भाई-बहनें (bhāī-bahnẽ, dir. pl.) would support either.

Seems like decline only second or both is acceptable. Both sound native to me, not sure if there's any real difference (seems to be a matter of style). —Aryaman^{A (मुझसे बात करें • योगदान)} 20:36, 2 September 2020 (UTC)
