Should a note be added describing this glyph's shape?

This glyph 〈ᐝ〉 at code-point U+141D varies in its presentation by different digital foundries. In the original pDAM chart, it is presented to look like 〈ᐧᐤ〉 which in Plains Cree (Y-Cree), it represents /-w-w/ sequence in a /CwVw/ syllable and should have instead have been called "CANADIAN SYLLABICS Y-CREE -W-W" and not "CANADIAN SYLLABICS Y-CREE W". In communities where 〈ᐧ〉 is a medial, this ligature 〈ᐧᐤ〉 is treated as a final. However, the Unicode Consortium in their published chart, it is made to look like 〈⚬𐩑〉. The following fonts agree with the pDAM: BJCree UNI, BJCree2UNI, Canada1500 Lt, Canada1500 Rg, CBSUCAS, Code2000, Everson Mono, FreeSans, Quivira, Sun-ExtA. The following fonts agree with the Unicode chart: Euphemia, Gadugi, RTF Canadian Syllabics. The following fonts incorrectly displays this as if 〈ᣟ〉(which in some Western Cree communities represent /y/): Aboriginal Sans, Aboriginal Serif, Aboriginal Serif Unicode 6, DejaVu Sans, DejaVu Sans Condensed, Kayases, Kisiska, Rotinonhsonni Sans.
