morphology[edit]

since hexo, ἕξω has strange morphology where you'd expect the smooth breathing mark, or borrowing the aorist root *sech (eschon, ἔσχον), I think it makes sense to write articles for all the common variants, to at least send a confused reader that is trying to use articles like an analytical lexicon – back to the root lemma. i.e ἕξω ἕξεις ἕξει all exist, but notably ἕξομεν ἕξετε ἕξουσῐν are missing

The morphology makes sense to have come about to be phonemically distinct from 'exo' (ἔξω), adv. outside, without (& prep+gen), but given the breathing mark was gone in the koine era, must be very old, and me only being familiar with koine don't have much in the way of lexica for pre-koine greek, 60.225.215.233 14:10, 28 January 2021 (UTC).[reply]
