ummm... that IPA isn't right.

first of all, the /ɴ/ should be an /n/ because ん assimilates with the following に for its pronunciation. secondly,　ち is not pronounced /tʃi/ but rather /ʨi/. finally, the 　は is not pronounced /wa/ but rather/ɰa/
