@Mlgc1998 You guys say it like tùi-tâng? I've never heard it said that way though, I've always said it as tùi-tn̂g. To be fair though, if ever I heard tùi-tâng, I could have been hearing it as tùi-tn̂g. Mar vin kaiser (talk) 14:42, 7 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Mar vin kaiser My guama and parents would usually write or print them as 對堂 and read it as tùi-tâng in Hokkien or duìtáng in Mandarin tho my dad would sometimes remark that it is also more accurately tùi-tn̂g in Hokkien, but when I checked the usual Hokkien dictionaries and Taiwanese websites "對堂" isn't used and they point to 對同 instead, which has the same pronunciation, so I think the one who are reading 對堂 as "tùi-tâng" in Hokkien are really referring to 對同.
