"리상" 철자를 씀에 대하여

Literally stop changing the spelling of etym 2 and adding 리상 as a "North Korean" word for "strange" or "unusual".

This only applies to etym 3 so this page is currently correct, but someone else keeps adding "North Korea" to the 리상 spelling in etym 2.

If any of you need a source for North Korean vocabulary, just use the link below as opposed to blindly turning ㅇ to ㄹ and turning words like 인민 into 린민.
