“Spirit”

[edit]

@Victar, Calak, ZxxZxxZ How is that cromulent here? 1. the first vowel I expect to be written plene 2. in the Middle Persian era there was still a consonant at the end, it was mēnōk and later mēnōg. Hence we find in MacKenzie Book Pahlavi mynwḵ and Manichaean mynwg, but this page is Inscriptional mnw – probably the word is attested in Inscriptional Pahlavi as it is common, but would any Middle Persian author have written it so without considering it an error? Apparently it was just a mistake by me, the spelling is mynwk. Thanks for noticing it. --Z 13:05, 14 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
