In 2011, page 21 of "GURPS Horror" uses the term doleovore to describe someone who feeds on pain and metuovore to describe someone who feeds on fear. Subsequently in 2016 at http://www.ravensnpennies.com/gurps101-leeches-vampires-and-succubi-oh-my/ the term necrovore is used to refer to feeding upon the dead while voluptavore is used to refer to feeding on pleasure. I don't know if these terms have been used outside of GURPS but it's something to keep in mind when discussing mythological monsters. They certainly describe preexisting concepts even if words didn't necessarily exist for them.
The first two also appear in a web book along with some others https://img.4plebs.org/boards/tg/image/1458/90/1458909922940.pdf on page 156:

Page 8 explains:
- The terms doleovore (pain-eater) and metuovore (fear-eater), which I used in the spell distort life, were taken from GURPS Horror. I’m not sure those words exist in the real world (my googlemancy failed me but let’s face it, there’s very little reason why they should), so credit goes to the author of that book, Kenneth Hite, or to whomever he took them from.
I can't find other credit so presumably the use of hemo- and liqui- are original ideas there, much like necro- and volupta- above. ScratchMarshall (talk) 06:27, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
