[edit]It may be worth noting that IRL is fairly frequently used as an adjective, e.g. "my IRL friends", even though the phrase "in real life" would never be used in such a position. 86.131.102.228 13:06, 15 July 2008 (UTC)

- But, as far as I can see, IRL isn't a noun. (RL, real life, might be.) If anything, it's used adverbially. "I wish you were here IRL" (physically / actually). 86.131.102.228 16:56, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
